Janel Poole is an experienced professional in talent operations and acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Operations and Strategy Leader at Huntington National Bank since August 2016. Janel has held various leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Operations Leader and Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant, emphasizing a collaborative and engaging work environment.
