Ludovic Magnier is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations management and technology solutions. Currently serving as Director of IT Operations at Hopper, Ludovic oversees a global team supporting over 2000 users, focusing on innovative hardware and software solutions, IT policy development, and vendor management. Prior roles include Head of Platforms - Live Operations at Glovo, where responsibility lay in managing technological scalability and operational efficiency, and Customer Service Technical Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, enhancing customer experience through technology implementations. Additionally, Ludovic founded WEMOA, developing scalable telecom services, and has held various technical and managerial positions in the telecom sector, demonstrating expertise in cloud technologies, system integration, and team leadership. Ludovic holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from ESIEE Paris and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval.
