Jennifer Love

Jennifer Love is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Director of Digital Strategy & Operations at CHOC Children's, beginning in February 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Optum from March 2014 to December 2023, initially as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing product vision and lifecycle management for critical electronic health record capabilities. As Director of Technical Product Management, Jennifer provided strategic direction for over 20 agile teams and 25 Tech Product Owners, delivering effective solutions for home-based medical care for Medicare Advantage members. Earlier career experiences include serving as Office Manager at Interventional Spine Pain Consultants and Pediatric Clinic Office Manager in the United States Air Force. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida.
