Danielle Smallwood

Danielle Smallwood is an accomplished IT operations leader with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Onelife Fitness since November 2021, Danielle also holds a position as an Executive Member of the Women in Fitness Association since June 2017. Past roles include Lead Solutions Consultant at Daxko and a progression of titles at Motionsoft, including Lead Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Customer Retention Manager, and Senior Business Analyst/Implementation Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at goPerformance & Fitness, Director of Customer Success and Strategic Account Manager at ActivTrax, LLC, and Co-Founder/Marketing Director at GnomAds Marketing, LLC. Danielle's foundational experience includes the role of Sales and Marketing Program Manager at the National Fitness Business Alliance. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Maryland.
