Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutriologist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
