Grant Chapple

Grant Chapple has extensive experience in the construction and education sectors, currently serving as Apprenticeship Manager and Work Based Tutor for Carpentry & Joinery at Hopwood Hall College since August 2021. Prior to this role, Grant worked at Bury College as a Workshop Tutor and Senior Technician from March 2016 to August 2021. Previous experience includes owning Aspire Carpentry and Joinery from October 2009 to March 2016, working as a Carpenter for Laing O'Rourke from August 2005 to October 2009, and serving as an Apprentice Carpenter at CASTLE CARPENTRY CONTRACTORS (SOUTHAMPTON) LIMITED from June 2003 to August 2005. Grant began a career in the industry as a Client Manager at AMEC SPIE from September 2000 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Education from The University of Huddersfield obtained between January 2021 and June 2022, and an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry from Chichester College, completed from July 2003 to September 2005.
