Jeff Gaspar

Jeff Gaspar has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and advisory roles. Jeff worked as a Director of Talent Acquisition at Horace Mann, where they led teams and implemented initiatives to identify and onboard top-tier insurance agents, financial advisors, and sales leaders. At Village of Woodridge, they served as a Plan Commissioner, providing guidance on land use and development proposals. As a Vice President at Quantum Professional Search, they cultivated relationships with clients in various industries and executed comprehensive recruiting strategies. Jeff also worked as a Senior Regional Sales Recruiter at SunAmerica and a Senior Recruiter at GMAC Mortgage.
