Thusitha Kumara

Thusitha Kumara has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Recruiting and Development Manager and Group Leader at Sri Lanka Insurance since July 2020, with a focus on team performance and recruitment. Prior experience includes a role as an Insurance Agent at the same company in May 2007. Thusitha Kumara holds a degree from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) and the LPEC program, complemented by education at Wanawasala Nagasena School in Kelaniya from 1993 to 2004.
