Jenny Thayer

Jenny Thayer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Horace Mann, Jenny previously held multiple key positions at COUNTRY Financial®, including VP of Executive Compensation & Benefits and Director of Total Rewards. Additional roles include Manager of Compensation & Regional Human Resources and Manager of Corporate Retirement Plans. Jenny holds an MBA in Finance from Illinois State University and a BS in Finance from Millikin University.
