Perry had P&L responsibility for a $10 million budget and a staff of approximately 30 individuals spread among 4 departments. Perry was specifically responsible for market research, market segmentation & evaluation activities, customer & internal communications, email, direct mail and collateral marketing, B2B and B2C television, radio and print advertising, public and media relations, and national conference & event planning for 3,200 employee organization. Perry G. Hines has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a marketing concentration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, executive management education from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in journalism from Western Kentucky University. Perry is also a Certified Fundraising Manager (CFRM) from the School of Philanthropy at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
