Stephanie Fulks has over 27 years of experience in the information technology field. Stephanie has held various positions at AIG, starting as a Programmer and progressing to the role of Director of Systems Integration. In their most recent roles at AIG, Stephanie served as the Vice President of Information Technology, where they led strategic initiatives for Customer Service, Policy Administration, and Claims Business Units. Stephanie was also responsible for creating virtual teams across multiple locations and managing large budgets.

Stephanie currently works at Horace Mann, where they serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, they have led the program team through Claims transformation, established digital capabilities development, and improved property and casualty support.
