Joseph Holt Jr.

Joseph Holt Jr. has worked in various roles throughout their career. Joseph currently works at HORAN as a Financial Associate, where they were promoted to this role in February 2022. In addition, they worked as a Proposal Analyst at AssuredPartners, organizing quotes and analyzing rates and benefits for clients. Joseph also has experience in retail, working as a Sales Associate at LIDS Sports Group, Walgreens, and Sam's Club. Additionally, Joseph served as a Student Manager at Sundial Pizza Company, where they instructed new employees, resolved workplace issues, and improved working conditions.

Joseph Holt Jr. attended Miami University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Statistics. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Ohio Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License from the State of Ohio in June 2015.
