Brad Holder

Brad brings over 25 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry to HCM’s Housing/Mixed-Use studio. As a project manager, he is responsible for the overall coordination and management of multi-million dollar projects through all phases of design in the Mid-Atlantic region, Texas and most recently in the Carolinas. Brad has created strong client relationships resulting from a keen eye for detail, design team and contractor collaboration on problem solving while being budget-conscious on the multiple mid-rise projects he has managed.
