Brian Gobell

Brian Gobell is a principal and accomplished architect specializing in complex, urban mixed-use developments. Many of his projects are located on transit- and sports-oriented sites in cities across the country. Brian has a broad base of experience in mixed-use design including multi-family residential, retail, entertainment, and parking structures.

He has extensive knowledge of many construction types including concrete framed high-rise, hybrid mid-rise, steel framed low-rise and podium design. This expertise has been invaluable for development teams to help make cost efficient design decisions.

Brian authored HCM’s White Paper “Design Strategies for Podium and Wrapper Buildings” and serves as the chair for HCM’s Quality Committee.
