Ross Davis

Ross Davis joined Hord Coplan Macht’s DC Metro office in 2015 as a Senior Associate and has since been promoted to Associate Principal. In that time, Ross has completed several notable multi-family projects such as the Wren in Washington DC’s Shaw District, the Point at Eisenhower Square in Alexandria, and the Otis in Richmond. Ross is a senior project manager with over 28 years of experience and has managed the design and/or development of over 3,000 residential units while at HCM. He has deep knowledge of concrete high-rise and wood-framed/concrete podium projects. Ross also has expertise integrating retail into mixed-use projects so that the residential and retail user groups seamlessly coexist. His most notable project to date is the Wren which delivered in late 2020, achieved LEED Gold, included 433 total units, extensive rooftop amenities and a 46,000 square foot Whole Foods. In 2021, Ross relocated back to his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia to be closer to family and expand HCM’s reach into the Southeast. Ross is currently involved in work in both the DC Metro and Southeast regions.
