Lisa Rowles

Lisa Rowles is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources and people engagement. As the Global HR Strategy Leader at HORIBA, Lisa coordinates HR strategies across 50 companies in 29 countries, emphasizing skills development, culture, and employee engagement. In addition, Lisa serves as the Global People Director at HORIBA MIRA, overseeing corporate culture and talent management for the organization. Other roles include board membership at MIRA Technology Institute, ownership of The Garden Roastery, and chair of the HR Special Interest Group for AIRTO. Lisa’s career began with various recruitment and training positions, culminating in a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
