Vice President - Business Banker at Horicon Bank

Todd Novotny has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Todd began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Marshall and Ilsley Bank in 2003 and later worked as a Documentation Specialist and Mortgage Sales Associate. Todd then transitioned to becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer at BMO Harris Bank in 2011, where they worked until 2018. Continuing their career in mortgage lending, Todd joined North Shore Bank as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer in 2018. Todd later moved to Cornerstone Community Bank, where they served as a Commercial Loan Officer before being promoted to Vice President Commercial Lending. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Business Banker at Horicon Bank, specializing in financing for properties such as Multi-Family, Retail, Office, and Industrial. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated strong skills in analyzing financial status and credit evaluations, identifying financial goals, and promoting sales and new business. Todd also gained experience in the sports industry as a Sports Partnerships Intern at the United States Olympic Committee in 2002.

Todd Novotny attended Slinger High School, and after graduating, they went on to earn an Associate of Arts and Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Washington County. Todd then pursued a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which they completed in 2002.
