Mina Alexander

Mina Alexander, SPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in HR and people management. Mina currently holds the position of Vice President, People & Talent at Horizen Labs since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Troop Member at TroopHR, a national HR network, where they connected with industry thought leaders and learned from master practitioners.

From September 2020 to January 2023, Mina served as the Vice President, People at Voice, overseeing all HR functions. Before that, they worked at Dentsu Aegis Network as the Americas HR Lead, Corporate Functions, where they managed HR programs and support for various departments.

Mina also held the role of Human Resources Director at 360i, implementing people strategies and managing HR business partnering. Mina was the Director of People Relations at Grovo, overseeing HR operations and providing HR support across all departments. At Sailthru, Mina served as the Senior Manager, People Operations, managing HR operations and advising on performance, pay, benefits, and compliance.

Prior to that, Mina was the Director of Human Resources at EVINS, responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment and process improvement. Mina started their career at MRY as the Human Resources Manager, where they built the HR function from the ground up and managed all HR efforts. Mina also served in various roles at MRY, including Operations Manager and Account Receivable Manager.

Mina's experience in HR dates back to their time as an Account Executive at MSL Productions LLC.

Mina Alexander, SPHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as an SHRM-CP from SHRM and as an SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
