Theresa Scandle

Theresa Scandle is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Horizon Actuarial Services, LLC, where Theresa has been since 2014. Prior to their current role, Theresa served as the Chief Financial Officer at Watson Wyatt & Company from September 1990 to January 2008. In that role, Theresa managed the finance and administration function for 4 offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, and Memphis.
