Brian Balmer

Brian Balmer has over 17 years of banking experience, currently serving as Vice President and District Manager at Horizon Bank since March 2007, where responsibilities include coaching branch managers and staff to enhance customer service and introduce value-added financial products. Prior to this role, Brian held positions at Salin Bank & Trust from March 2007 to April 2019, progressing from personal banker to AVP and Bank Sales Manager before its acquisition by Horizon Bank. Brian's banking career began at Wells Fargo Bank as a personal banker from March 2006 to March 2007. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Fitness from Purdue University, completed in 2005, and graduated from North Miami JR - SR High School in 1999.
