Reilly Robison has a diverse range of work experiences spanning over a decade. They started their career at La Porte Savings Bank in 2009, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative. From there, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Branch Manager in 2010, before becoming a Mortgage Systems Liaison in 2012. As a Mortgage Systems Liaison, Reilly was responsible for coordinating communication between loan originators, processing teams, and the Secondary Market. They also led new product development, training, and secondary market activities. In 2014, Reilly took on the role of Systems Analyst, where they were involved in managing electronic banking projects, product development, implementation, system maintenance, and upgrades. They worked closely with senior management, IT, and Operations to achieve corporate objectives. In 2016, Reilly joined Horizon Bank as the Treasury Management Operations Supervisor, but shortly after, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the same department. In this role, Reilly managed treasury management operations and ensured efficient management of the bank's financial systems and processes. In 2018, Reilly was promoted again to the position of Vice President (VP), Corporate Project Manager, where they currently oversee corporate projects and initiatives.

Reilly Robison completed a Master of Science (MS) in IT Project Management from Purdue University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Reilly earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Marketing from Purdue University Northwest. Additionally, Reilly holds certifications as a Nintex RPA Expert and Nintex RPA Practitioner, which were obtained in October 2019 from Nintex.
