Rob Avery

Rob Avery currently serves as the Market President for Central Indiana at Horizon Bank, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Rob held multiple vice president roles at Horizon Bank, including Government Loan Program Manager and Senior Commercial Loan Officer. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President - Commercial Relationship Manager and Team Lead Small Business Banking at BMO Harris Bank (2011-2020), where responsibilities included developing small business revenue opportunities. Additionally, Rob was Vice President - Commercial Lender at TIB Bank from 2008 to 2011, focusing on providing banking strategies for small to mid-size businesses in Southwest Florida. Early career experience includes serving as Vice President - Commercial Lending at First National Bank of Florida from 1997 to 2004. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida, earned between 1992 and 1996.
