Joe LaRocca joined our team in October 2008 as President of Horizon’s Control State Core Business Unit servicing Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. This industry veteran spent over three years as the General Manager of Southern Wine & Spirits of New England, 10 years as the President of United Beverages, and 7 years as a partner in Colbath & Associates.
