Tracy Porter-Stevens

Tracy Porter-Stevens has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Operations. Tracy began their career in 2002 as a Case Manager and House and Administrative Manager for Dr. Roz's Healing Place. In 2008, they were promoted to Office Manager and Executive Administrator/HR Generalist at Geosoft Inc. In 2016, they were promoted again to Workforce Manager at CGI. In 2019, Tracy moved to Grapevine6 as the Head of HR & Business Operations. In 2020, they joined Seismic as a Global HR Manager. Currently, Tracy is the Director of People and Culture at Hearing Solutions, and will soon be the Director of People at Horizon Blockchain Games Inc. in 2022. Throughout their career, Tracy has been responsible for the effective execution of all HR activities, programs, and policies, providing thought leadership with recommended HR strategies and best practices, leading employee relations, recruiting, onboarding & orientation, employee engagement & culture, project management for enterprise people operations initiatives, researching and applying for grant opportunities, business process improvement, and managing office operations and procedures.

Tracy Porter-Stevens attended Seneca College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Seneca College for Business Administration. In 2013, Tracy obtained a certification in Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business - York University. In 2021, they obtained a certification as an OKR Certified Coach from WorkBoard Inc. Tracy also holds a Joint Health and Safety Certification from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
