Karyna Korzh

Karyna Korzh has a Master's degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Bachelor's degree in Law from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Karyna has worked as an Executive Search and HR lead at Horizon Capital since September 2021. Prior to that, Karyna worked as a Researcher at Amrop from April 2019 to 2021, and as a Research Intern at Integrites in 2018. Karyna's responsibilities include executive search, candidate market mapping, screening, interviewing, and assessment, reference checks, and report writing.
