Nello Ruscitti

Nello Ruscitti currently serves as the AVP, HR Officer at Horizon Community Bank. Prior to this, they held commercial banking positions at Opus Bank, Comerica Bank, and Arizona Bank & Trust. Nello began their career in 1978 as a National Sales Manager at Transamerica Finance Corporation and has since held progressively higher positions in the field.

Ruscitti has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans for lower middle-market operating companies. Nello is an expert in leveraged finance, M&A, and private equity and has extensive experience in originating new business opportunities. Nello also has a deep understanding of community partnerships, having served as a primary contact for many of the institutions they have worked for.

Ruscitti’s experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to Horizon Community Bank. Under their leadership, the bank has been able to successfully navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic and emerge stronger than ever before.
