Joe Smith has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Joe most recently worked as an Engineering Sourcer - Recruiter at Horizon Controls Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for 5G, RAN, and O-RAN at Dell Technologies from June 2022 to December 2022. In 1983, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Science and Services from the University of Rhode Island. In 1993, they furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in the Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University.
