Senior Vice President, Corporate Services and Risk at Horizon Farm Credit

Cathy Blair has worked in various roles in different companies. Cathy'smost recent position was as a Senior Vice President in Corporate Services and Risk at MidAtlantic Farm Credit since September 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President in Administrative Services and Corporate Secretary at the same company starting in February 2016. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2015 to February 2016, where they managed the hiring and recruitment process, handled personnel information, and assisted the Senior Vice President with HR Committee tasks. Before that, they worked as a Finance Assistant from February 2010 to March 2015, providing administrative support to the CFO. Cathy also managed the organization's fleet program and assisted with Asset/Liability Management Committee activities. Cathy Blair's earliest documented work experience was as an Accounts Payable Coordinator at MidAtlantic Farm Credit from May 2007 to February 2010. Prior to joining MidAtlantic Farm Credit, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Chesapeake Towing & Auto Sales from May 2006 to May 2007.

Cathy Blair obtained their Associates degree in Arts & Sciences from Carroll Community College from 2002 to 2007. Cathy then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Villa Julie College in 2008-2009. Later, they continued their studies at Mount St. Mary's University from 2009 to 2012, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
