Connie Small

Connie Small has extensive experience in agricultural finance, currently serving as an Executive Ag Relationship Manager at Horizon Farm Credit since May 2021. Prior roles include Ag Relationship Manager and Loan Officer II within the same organization. Prior to joining Horizon Farm Credit, Connie Small worked at PNC Bank from May 1988 to May 2021, where responsibilities included serving as an Agricultural Business Banker II and Vice President. Given the unique challenges faced within the agricultural industry, such as fluctuations in weather and commodity prices, Connie Small has developed a specialized skill set in addressing these critical issues.
