Bobby Maguire has a diverse work experience. Bobby is currently working as the Vice President of People and Culture at Horizon Goodwill Industries since May 2023. Previously, they worked at NVR, Inc. as a Customer Service Manager from August 2020 to February 2023, where they led various projects to optimize the candidate and employee experience. Before that, they worked at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions as an Operations Support Manager from May 2018 to August 2020, where they supported all functional areas in the warehouse and was responsible for KPI reporting and vendor relationship management. Bobby also served as an Assistant Operations Manager at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions from November 2017 to August 2020. Prior to their roles in the private sector, Bobby worked in the United States Department of Defense as an SSA Platoon Leader from October 2015 to March 2017 and as a Distribution Platoon Leader from January 2014 to October 2015.
Bobby Maguire has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Citadel. Bobby also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Norwich University.
