Tony Sinagra

Tony Sinagra is a dedicated Care Manager at Horizon Health and Wellness since August 2023, with extensive experience in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. Previously served as a Case Manager/Behavioral Health Specialist at Bethel Behavioral Health Center and held roles as a Behavioral Health Technician and Counselor at Green Apple Healthcare Services and Twin Town Treatment Centers, respectively. Tony's expertise includes conducting clinical assessments, individual and group counseling, and collaborating with patients to develop treatment goals. Notably, Tony also contributed as President Emeritus of the Veterans Resident Council at Haven/Victory Place, advocating for veterans' recovery.
