Anne M. Kennedy

Anne M. Kennedy, SPHR, has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Their most recent role is as the Director of Human Resources at Horizon Health Corporation, where they lead the HR team and manages various HR programs including employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits administration, and equal opportunity payment. Anne M. also oversees succession planning and talent development efforts. Prior to this, Anne served as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at UW Medicine, where they were responsible for the HR function of the main campus hospital and 26 clinics. Their role included workforce planning, managing direct reports, formulating the annual Affirmative Action Plan, and advising managers on labor and employee relations. Before that, they held the position of Divisional Human Resources Director at Extended Stay America, where they supervised HR practices for 350 sites across North America. Anne also has experience as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at CVS Pharmacy and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Office Depot.

Anne M. Kennedy, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Furthermore, in January 2011, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
