Rachel Boehm

Rachel Boehm, with a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature, has held various leadership roles in communications, community engagement, and healthcare management. Rachel has experience in directing communications programs, managing quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing mental health and addiction services. Rachel is currently serving as the Executive Regional Director of Addiction and Mental Health at the Horizon Health Network.
