Jim Prosser

Jim Prosser has extensive work experience in the field of counseling and support services. Jim worked at Horizon Health Services from 2011 to 2020, starting as an Intern Primary Counselor and eventually becoming the Program Director of Court and Patient Support Services. In this role, they oversaw the daily operations of multiple departments and developed training methods for clinical care in treatment courts.
