Dan Costantino

Dan Costantino has a strong background in information security and technology. Dan currently holds the position of VP, Chief Information Security Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product & Information Security Officer at Voyager. Dan also held the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Associate CIO at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. In addition, Dan has experience serving on the board of directors at VMware and H-ISAC. Dan has also worked as the Director of Cybersecurity Consulting at Layer 8 Security, Director of Security Products & Services at ITDATA, Inc., and as a Cyber Network Operator in the United States Marine Corps.

Dan Costantino has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Dan also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the American Military University. In addition to their degrees, Dan has obtained certifications such as People Analytics from The Wharton School, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², and Cisco Certified Network Associate, Routing & Switching (CCNA R&S) from Cisco.
