Javon Gonzalez is a seasoned Lead User Experience Designer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since May 2014, responsible for enhancing UX and UI across various internal applications and shaping the organization's UX strategy. Notable projects include leading redesigns for broker services and the Horizon Blue mobile app, where Javon implemented a user-centered approach. Prior experience includes serving as an Organizational Automotive Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps and working as a Graphic Designer at Floss Media Printing and Advertising. Javon holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from The Wood Tobe Coburn School and is pursuing professional education in User Experience and Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation.
