Marjorie Feather

Marjorie Feather has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marjorie began their career as a Senior Underwriting Consultant at Prudential Financial in 1987 and worked their way up to various leadership positions within the company, including Director of Operations, Vice President of Information Systems, and Vice President of Operations. During their time at Prudential Financial, Marjorie oversaw call center and administrative operations, implemented call center strategies to reduce expenses, and managed the building of a policy administration system. In 2003, Marjorie joined Liberty Mutual as the Vice President of Customer Service Center Operations, where they managed multi-site contact center operations and a large team of employees. Currently, they are working at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as the Director of Service Operations.

Marjorie Feather attended Gettysburg College from 1983 to 1987 where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics.
