Noelle Drollas

Noelle Drollas has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Market Segment Underwriting at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since December 2010. Prior to this role, Noelle held the position of Senior Group Underwriter at EmblemHealth from May 2002 to December 2010 and worked as a Financial Underwriting Consultant at Aetna from 1992 to 1999. Noelle holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-profit Management from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.
