Dan German

Dan German is an experienced executive in eCommerce and digital strategy, currently serving as SVP and Head of Growth at Horizon Hobby. Previous roles include VP of eCommerce and Digital Customer Experience, along with other leadership positions at Duluth Trading Company, such as Sr. Director of Digital Strategy and Director of eCommerce. Dan has also held the position of Sr. Manager of Digital Strategy at Kohl's and Manager at Deloitte Digital. Early in the career, Dan worked as an MBA Associate at Merrick Ventures, LLC. Dan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
