Eli Lemanski, CSI CDT, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Eli began their career in the US Navy as an Information Systems Technician and Radioman, where they provided ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore radio circuits for underway missions and developed and facilitated a weekly training program. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Field Technician for Nextel, where they commissioned new cellular base stations and was responsible for the reliability and performance of multiple cell sites in Seattle.

Eli then transitioned into the construction industry, starting as an Electrician at Sound Electrical Systems, where they installed wiring and equipment in custom homes. Eli achieved Journeyman status and prepared for the Commercial Administrator Exam. Eli later joined Morrison Herschfield as a CAD Operator, where they drafted construction drawings and worked with architects and engineers to create construction documents.

Moving up the ranks, Eli became an Estimator at Lydig Construction and was responsible for estimating project costs. Eli then joined Jacobs as a Cost Engineer, where they managed a significant capital budget and performed financial analysis across multiple construction projects.

Eli's experience also includes working as a Project Supervisor at Crothall Project Services, overseeing project execution, and as a Project Engineer at Halvorson Construction Group, where they managed on-site construction and project controls for capital improvement projects.

More recently, Eli served as the Director of Construction and Facilities at Horizon House, where they led construction and facilities management operations.

Throughout their career, Eli has been actively involved in the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) as a Chapter Board Member, Vice President, Chapter Treasurer, and Budget Committee Chair.
