Matt Chambers

Mr. Chambers joined Horizon in 2014 as its General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer; he has also been Chief Compliance Officer of Horizon Funds since 2015.

Prior to joining Horizon, Mr. Chambers was an attorney with the law firm of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, where he focused on representing investment advisers and mutual funds.

He is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and is a regular speaker on investment management and compliance matters for ICI, NSCP and other industry groups.

Mr. Chambers received his JD from University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
