Ivan Blaylock

Ivan Blaylock is an experienced Systems Analyst with a career spanning over 15 years in various programming and analysis roles. Currently at Horizon Lines since September 2011, Ivan has previously worked as a Programmer Analyst for The City of Fort Worth, where responsibilities included redesigning ASP applications and converting them to .NET. Earlier roles include Contract Programmer Analyst at the same city, Lead Developer at Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting, Developer at Statenational Companies, and Programmer Analyst positions at Gainsco and The Capella Group. Ivan completed education at Tarrant County College from 1999 to 2002.
