Arthur Ishmael

Arthur Ishmael is an experienced digital media professional currently serving as Vice President of Digital Strategy at Horizon Media since November 2017. Previously, Arthur held the role of Digital Media Director at the same company. Prior to Horizon Media, Arthur was an Associate Media Director at Neo@Ogilvy from September 2013 to October 2017, where responsibilities included leading the strategic media efforts for IBM's Watson Commerce Suite and brand activation for UPS. Earlier in Arthur's career, positions included Supervisor of Digital at Initiative and various roles at Draftfcb, including Digital Media Supervisor, Digital Media Planner, and Assistant Media Planner. Arthur Ishmael earned a BBA in Marketing from Pace University's Lubin School of Business between 2003 and 2007.
