Sherry Swangin

Sherry Swangin has a diverse background in case management, relocation coordination, supportive housing, and outreach work. Currently working as an MLTSS Care Specialist III SW at Horizon NJ Health since October 2016, Sherry previously held positions at Garden State Episcopal CDC, Housing Opportunities Unlimited, and Project Live Inc. Prior to that, Sherry worked as an Administrative Assistant for school programs at The Newark Museum.
