Roy Westwood

Roy Westwood has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Roy started their career in 1995 as a Senior Civil Engineer at PowerGen International and then moved on to become the CHP Engineering Team Manager at Powergen in 1997. In 2002, they joined E.ON UK as the Biomass Development Manager and later became the Senior Project Manager at E.ON in 2007. Roy then worked as a Construction Subject Matter Expert at E.ON Energie from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Programme Management Office at Horizon Nuclear Power, a role they have held since 2012.

Roy Westwood attended the University of the South Bank from 1977 to 1981, where they pursued a BSc. in Civil Engineering. Roy successfully completed their degree with First Class Honours in the field of Civil Engineering.
