Allen Gerber

Allen Gerber is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Program Director (acting) and Program Manager for Remote Communities at Horizon Power since May 2023. Previously, Allen held various senior roles at Synergy from 2009 until August 2023, including Special Advisor, Head of Residential and Customer Operations, and Head of Customer Projects, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Further experience includes leadership positions at Ajilon and E.ON UK, along with foundational roles at Powergen and Kinetica Natural Gas. Allen holds an MBA in Business from Coventry University and has a strong background in customer engagement, energy sales, and program management.
