Phil Provance

Phil Provance has extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in retail projects. Currently serving as Project Superintendent at Horizon Retail Construction since March 2019, Phil previously held similar roles at Bogart Construction, Inc. and Horizon Retail Construction, where expertise in managing Limited Brand Stores, Express, and Dressbarn was developed. Earlier career positions include Field Superintendent at Pinnacle Construction, Inc. and Bennett Construction Management, along with early experience as a Journeyman Carpenter at Carpenter's Union 639. Phil holds an Associate of Science in Construction Technology and has completed four years of study in Construction Management at The University of Akron.
