Shan Cheng

Shan Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shan is currently a Senior Director and Account General Manager at Horizon Robotics, where they focus on international business development and manages the Volkswagen Group account. Prior to this, they held various positions at Horizon Robotics, including Director of International Business Development in the automotive sector and Director of Global Business for the automotive aftermarket and AIOT. Before joining Horizon Robotics, Shan Cheng worked as a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect at Tencent and as a Business Solutions Architect at IBM. Shan also has experience as a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks, a Solutions Consultant at Anana Ltd, a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Bytemobile, and a Professional Services Consultant at Everything Everywhere Ltd. Shan began their career as a Development Engineer at Orange Business Services and as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Shan Cheng has an MSc in Advanced Computing from the University of Bristol and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Genesys Certified Professional Version 8 System Consultant, eServices (GCP8 - CESV) and Genesys Certified Professional Version 8 System Consultant, Inbound Voice (GCP8-CIV) from Genesys, PRINCE2 Foundation certification in 2012, and ISEB Intermediate Certified Software Testing and ISEB Foundation Certified Software Testing from ISTQB in 2009 and 2008 respectively.
