Alan McCormac

Alan McCormac is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT engineering and support. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT Engineering at Horizon since April 2015, Alan has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Infrastructure Engineer. Responsibilities include managing a global network infrastructure, supporting a hybrid server environment, overseeing multi-site Active Directory for approximately 1,000 users, and providing tiered help desk support. Additionally, Alan has experience in project support, vendor management, and office security systems. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at Trilogy Technologies and Department Head at both Camp Pillsbury and Independent Lake Camp. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin.
