Liangwei Wang

Liangwei Wang is an experienced biostatistics professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Biostatistics at Horizon since March 2021. Prior to this role, Liangwei held the position of Senior Director of Biostatistics at Viela Bio from May 2018 to March 2021, and also served as the Director of Biostatistics during that time. Liangwei's earlier experience includes a brief tenure as Statistical Science Director at AstraZeneca in early 2018 and a substantial period at MedImmune from December 2008 to December 2017, where roles included Science Associate Director of Biostatistics and Senior Principal Statistician. Liangwei began a career in biostatistics at PPD, Inc., serving as Senior Biostatistician from 2004 to 2008.
